Renzo Piano & Renzo Piano Building Workshop

A richly illustrated volume, updated with all the most recent creations, about the work of Renzo Piano and his studio (RPBW). Piano (born in Genoa in 1937) is one of the most celebrated architects active globally, Pritzker Price 1998, senator for life since 2013. Starting from the Center Pompidou in the 1970s until the new bridge in Genoa in 2020, all the most important constructions of his Studio, mostly public spaces (museums, airports, theatres, libraries...), through project design and photography, including unpublished ones. Different works unified by a unique vision of light and space, as well as by particular attention to all the social implications of the profession of architect and the relationship of buildings with the urban environment and landscape. The volume was created with the fundamental collaboration of the Piano Foundation of Genoa.
