The theory of democracy developed in this second volume examines, using the conceptual apparatus of the axiomatized theory of law, the system of limits, constraints, controls and separation, the different types of power imposed by constitutional paradigm, however, largely unrealized due to lack of adequate collateral. Based on this paradigm, it provides a normative model of democracy is not only formal but also substantial, articulated in four dimensions - political, civil, liberal and social - each corresponding to classes established constitutional rights.
